NGLB - Admin Manual

Welcome to the NGLB - Admin manual. NGLB - Admin is the internal portal where staff manage everything shown on the public NGLB website:

  • Vehicle/device Brands, Models, Variants, and Pictures
  • Battery Types and Battery Compatibility entries (which battery + power rating fits which variant)
  • Customers and their vehicles, plus bulk Customer Import
  • Admin Users, Roles, and the Audit Log

Anything you create or change here is reflected on the public website’s Battery Compatibility Check.

The core workflow (read this first)

Everything in the catalog hangs off one chain. Always create in this order:

  1. Brand → 2. Model (with Variants + Pictures) → 3. Variant → 4. Compatibility entry
  • A Model belongs to exactly one Brand.
  • A Variant belongs to exactly one Model (created inside the Model form or on the Model detail page).
  • A Compatibility entry (Battery Type + Power Value + Power Unit) belongs to exactly one Variant (created on the Compatibility page).
  • The public website’s check follows the same path: Brand → Model → Variant → results.
